Centreville Co-Location Project (Library & Affordable Housing)
Centreville Co-Location Project (Library & Affordable Housing)
The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) is exploring building a new Centreville Regional Library together with affordable housing. The project could be built through a partnership with a private developer and may include new homes and an updated library in one building, with features for residents and the Centreville community. The second community meeting to discuss this project and to solicit feedback was held on Thursday, April 30th. The presentation slides for that meeting can be found below.

HCD Staff Tabling at the Centreville Regional Library
Project Manager Kimberly Callahan, along with Community Engagement Manager Matt LaBorde, will be tabling at the Centreville Regional Library to offer the community a chance to ask questions about the co-location concept. In informal conversations, we will share updates and hope to collect feedback about architectural designs, library programming, pedestrian improvements, and other components of the project.
Thanks for your interest! Registration is closed because the event has concluded.
