Here's how the program will work:

There are five simple steps to participate in the Energy Compass program: 

1. A resident reaches out to the program via a web form, phone number, or email address. 

2. The Energy Navigator gathers information from the resident about their home and interests to help customize their support. 

3. The Energy Navigator calls the resident to provide assistance to the resident. 

4. The Energy Navigator sends a follow-up email to the resident summarizing resources shared during the call. 

5. The Energy Navigator follows up with the resident a few weeks later to check on progress and answer any remaining questions.
