COVID-19 Survey for Business and Community Member Input

COVID-19 Survey for Business and Community Member Input

Fairfax County is conducting reviews of the COVID-19 pandemic response. As part of this process, we are seeking feedback from businesses and community members that interacted with the Department of Economic Initiatives (DEI), Land Development Services (LDS), the Department of Code Compliance (DCC) and the Department of Planning and Development (DPD).  Specifically, we are looking for feedback on services and programs in three timeframes: as the County limited in person operations for the public, as we transitioned to a virtual environment, and as we moved to a hybrid service delivery with in-person or virtual options.

The survey could take an additional 5-10 minutes for each agency that you engaged with. The survey results will help identify areas of success and areas for improvement. Areas of success identify actions that went well or resources that provided value given the circumstances of the pandemic. Areas for improvement highlight where the County could have been more effective or informative. The results of this survey will help identify and craft changes in response during any future emergencies.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.  All responses will be kept confidential so feel free to be as open and honest as you’d like.  We appreciate your input into the review process as a valued member of our community.
