COVID-19 Survey for Community-Based Organizations
Fairfax County is conducting after-action reviews on the COVID-19 pandemic response. As part of this review process, we are seeking feedback from community-based organizations, including faith-based organizations, houses of worship, voluntary organizations, and any other non-governmental organizations that supported the county’s response and/or received services from the county.
This survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete. The survey results will be used to inform the identification of areas of success and areas for improvement during the pandemic. Areas of success identify actions that went very well or resources that provided value given the circumstances of the pandemic. Areas for improvement highlight where the county can be more effective. The county works to address areas for improvement to prevent the same issue from occurring in future response efforts.
