McLean Community Banner Survey
McLean Community Banner Survey
McLean Community Members,
Fairfax County, in collaboration with its community revitalization partner McLean Revitalization Corporation (MRC) and the Dranesville District Supervisor’s Office, is developing banner designs to identify and brand McLean. The plan is to deploy banners along Old Dominion Drive, Chain Bridge Road, Elm Street and Beverly Road with an initial phase focused on the intersection of Old Dominion Drive and Chain Bridge Road.
McLean’s current visual identity is defined in part by its distinctive green-and-gold gateway signs and matching bus shelters. These elements, with green backgrounds and gold lettering or accents, help create a consistent and recognizable look throughout the downtown area.
As we consider introducing new street banners, we want to hear from you! Should the new banners reflect the existing style, or is it time for a fresh approach? We are also interested in your general impressions of the current signage and bus shelter styles.
Your input will help guide design decisions and ensure that any updates reflect the community’s preferences.
This short survey will only take a few minutes—thank you for sharing your thoughts!
