One Fairfax Community Roundtable

The purpose of the One Fairfax Community Roundtable (Roundtable) is to community leverage members’ insights, experiences, and understanding of the drivers of inequity in Fairfax County to monitor, inform, and support the county’s efforts to advance racial and social equity in alignment with the Countywide Strategic Plan and the county’s One Fairfax Racial and Social Equity Policy. Established in 2024 on a recommendation from the Chairman’s Task Force on Equity and Opportunity, the 19-member community advisory group reports to the County’s Chief Equity Officer and represents the intersecting interests of Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), low-income, and other historically marginalized communities.
