Prosperity Avenue Road Diet

The Fairfax County Department of Transportation is proposing to reconfigure Prosperity Avenue between Hillside Road and Gallows Road in the Providence District by repurposing two of the four lanes of traffic with protected bicycle lanes. A virtual public meeting was held on Jan. 27, 2025, to discuss this propsed road diet. View and/or watch the presentation on the project's webpage.
